Our Story
Built on Passion. Driven by Perfection.
City of Steel Detail was born in Pittsburgh — a city that knows what it means to take pride in your craft. We bring that same blue-collar work ethic to every vehicle we touch.
From Pittsburgh, With Pride
City of Steel Detail started with a simple belief: your vehicle deserves more than a quick wash and a spray of air freshener. It deserves the kind of meticulous, hands-on care that only comes from someone who genuinely loves cars.
Founded right here in Pittsburgh, we've built our reputation one vehicle at a time — earning the trust of car enthusiasts, daily drivers, and collectors who refuse to settle for anything less than exceptional.
Every product we use, every technique we apply, and every hour we spend on your vehicle reflects our commitment to results that speak for themselves.
Why Choose City of Steel Detail
Certified System X Installers
We are certified System X installers — one of the most trusted names in ceramic coating and PPF. That certification means your vehicle gets a factory-backed application with a warranty to match.
Premium Products Only
We use professional-grade products from trusted brands — no shortcuts, no cheap substitutes. Your car gets the best, period.
Attention to Detail
We don't rush. Every panel, every seam, every surface gets the time and care it deserves. Quality over speed, every time.
Pittsburgh Proud
We're local, and we take that seriously. We're invested in this community and in the reputation we've built here — one satisfied customer at a time.
